Support · Follow-up
After go-live, we stay.
After each go-live, Galeon monitors the unit daily for thirty days, then reviews it one month later. Then come regular follow-up meetings, a steering committee, an annual review, and updates delivered with no work for IT.
Follow-up
What happens after go-live.
The first thirty days
Close monitoring: issues and data flows are checked daily, with the project team still in touch with the wards.
The one-month review
The regular-service check closes the deployment of that scope. Ongoing follow-up takes over.
Ongoing follow-up
Clinical follow-up meetings with key units and project follow-up meetings at a regular pace; a steering committee throughout the subscription, and an annual review.
Updates
Twice a month, in a fixed slot announced in the application, with nothing to install. Longer operations are rare and announced in advance.
Feedback reaches the product team
Clinicians’ requests go to the product team, which decides what goes into development. A request from one unit can serve the whole network.
FAQ
What we are asked about follow-up.
Who do we contact once deployment is over?
Your project lead remains your contact for follow-up, and the hospital’s IT department has a single entry point for support.
Do we have to install updates?
No. Galeon is online software: new versions are delivered by Galeon, with no work for the hospital’s IT team.
Do updates interrupt the service?
Routine updates happen in a fixed slot announced in the application. Longer operations are rare and announced in advance, by email for the largest ones.
Is there a review after deployment?
Yes: the regular-service check one month after each go-live, then an annual review with the hospital.
