Galeon EHR is deployed progressively, starting with a few pilot departments and then rolling out to other units. Depending on facility size and IT complexity, first concrete uses can be live within a few months, with full rollout usually achieved over roughly 9 to 24 months.

What is the difference between Galeon EHR and the DMP / Mon Espace Santé?

Galeon EHR is the internal working tool for healthcare professionals inside the facility: it holds 100% of patient data, tracks the care pathway and integrates with the hospital information system. The DMP / Mon Espace Santé is the national patient record with a subset of this data. Galeon interfaces with these services but does not replace them.

What is a public obligation?

A public bond is a debt security issued to finance a project in the public interest. By subscribing, you lend money for a fixed term in exchange for fixed interest payments and repayment of the principal at maturity. In Galeon’s case, these 7‑year bonds with 8% annual interest help finance the rollout of EHRs in hospitals.

What is the risk?

Investing in Galeon public bonds involves significant risks, including the risk of losing all or part of the capital. The bonds are not guaranteed by the State, repayment depends on Galeon’s financial capacity and liquidity is limited over a 7‑year term. Investors should only commit funds they can afford to lock away and must read the DIS in full.

What about taxation?

In France, interest from Galeon public bonds is generally subject to the 30% flat tax (PFU). You receive interest net of this tax directly in your bank account. Outside France, taxation depends on your tax residency and local rules; you should consult a tax adviser for your specific situation.
