September marks the beginning of a new chapter for Galeon.
Over the past few months, we have reached several important milestones. This year, Galeon will have mobilized a total of €6 million in funding to accelerate the next stage of its development: €4 million from our Pioneer community and an additional €2 million through Bpifrance and banking partners.
These resources will allow us to accelerate Galeon’s deployment, continue developing our technology and prepare for the next stages of our growth.
Here is our roadmap.

A significant part of our attention is now focused on deploying Galeon at Hôpital Saint Joseph.
Over the summer, our teams incorporated feedback from the field and developed new features required for the next phase of the project, including complex prescription workflows for adult and neonatal intensive care units.
The next training sessions are scheduled for late September, ahead of a new deployment phase spanning October, November and December.
Several healthcare institutions are currently considering Galeon as a potential EHR for 2027. A successful deployment at Saint Joseph will therefore serve as a real-world demonstration of what we aim to build: an EHR that combines technology, deployment speed and a high-quality user experience.
Over the next six months, Galeon will deliberately limit the number of new EHR projects to two healthcare institutions.
An EHR directly affects the daily work of healthcare professionals. Its deployment must fit into complex organizations, support a wide range of use cases and serve teams that cannot afford mistakes.
Signing more and more institutions only makes sense if we can deliver on the promise we make to each of them.
We therefore want to control our growth so we can dedicate the necessary resources to each new institution and ensure the quality of every deployment.
Two new EHRs. Two deployments with particularly close support.
And one obsession: quality.

The guiding principle of our new roadmap is Remarkable User Experience: making the quality of the experience a defining characteristic of Galeon.
This ambition applies to the product itself, but also to deployment, onboarding, support, our relationships with healthcare institutions and our communication. Every interaction with Galeon should progressively meet the same standard.
This is how we are building the premium standard in digital health.
This strategy translates into deliberately precise commercial objectives.
Over the next six months, Galeon aims to sign two new healthcare institutions for its EHR and launch a first pilot in Switzerland and/or Luxembourg.
Our international expansion will follow the same controlled approach, gradually laying the foundations for Galeon internationally while continuing our path toward financial sustainability.
The EHR is the foundation of this vision.
By progressively covering the entire hospital care journey, it makes it possible to structure medical data that can then support new use cases.
Over the coming months, Galeon aims to develop new use cases involving AI, LLMs and biomarkers, while beginning to explore concrete ways to unlock the value of data generated at the scale of an EHR.
The first proofs of concept around these use cases are planned over the next 12 months.
In the longer term, we want to make better use of available data to uncover correlations that are difficult to identify today, and then explore more predictive approaches to medicine, including the ability to combine clinical and genetic data.
This is our 10-year moonshot.

Our vision for 2029 is built around several milestones: continuing the deployment of our EHR, developing our AI ecosystem, unlocking new uses for medical data, contributing more to research and beginning our international expansion.
We are also targeting break-even before 2029, with an objective around 2027–2028.
The funding mobilized this year should give us the resources to invest in this trajectory while maintaining controlled growth.
Ten years ago, Galeon was founded with the ambition of rethinking the tools used in hospitals.
Today, the EHR remains the starting point of our roadmap. Over the coming years, we aim to continue its deployment, develop new use cases around AI and medical data, contribute more to research and begin our international expansion.
There is still a lot for us to build.
For the coming months, our priority is clear:
Do less. Do it better. And make every experience with Galeon remarkable.
