The bonds are not guaranteed by the State, repayment depends on Galeon’s financial capacity and liquidity is limited over a 7‑year term. In France, interest from Galeon public bonds is generally subject to the 30% flat tax (PFU). You receive interest net of this tax directly in your bank account. Outside France, taxation depends on your tax residency and local rules; you should consult a tax adviser for your specific situation.
